Skew Surge and Extreme Sea-Level Analysis

This project analyzes tide-gauge, rainfall, wind, and atmospheric data to estimate extreme skew-surge probabilities, including nonstationarity detection, clustering of similar storm conditions, and return-period estimation for coastal flood risk.
