Local Hydro-Modeling LLM Assistant

Running on local GPUs (vLLM + Llama-3.3-70B), this assistant serves the lab's students with retrieval-augmented answers and per-user corpora, targeting postdoc-level accuracy with verifiable citations across the lab's modeling stack.
